What products do you sell at Salt and Steel?

Salt and Steel is an independent lifestyle store in the Cotswolds, bringing together curated homeware, unique gifts, jewellery, baby clothing and toys, skincare and sustainable activewear and ladieswear from carefully selected independent local brands.

When can I visit Salt and Steel?

We're open 7 days a week from 10am until 4pm.

Where is Salt and Steel located?

We're based in The Cotswolds within a ten minute drive from both Cheltenham and Cirencester.

Is parking available?

We have plenty of free parking on-site.

​

Are you dog friendly?

We love our furry visitors and always have plenty of treats in-store too.

Are all your products available on your website?

Due to the fact we carry hundreds of products and change our stock weekly it's impossible for us to get everything online. We have a small selection on our website.  If you've seen something in-store or on our social media accounts please message us and we will do our very best to post the item out to you.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery via Royal Mail to UK mainland costs £5.80.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to get all orders sent within 7 days. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to arrange express delivery.

Can I return a product to you?

Absolutely.  We have a 30 day return policy providing the item is unused/unworn and is in perfect condition. Please ensure your return is sent in the original box/packaging with the tags attached as we are unable to refund without it. Once we have received your return we will refund back to the card used for the purchase. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to reach your bank account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major debit and credit cards including American Express, Apple Pay and cash in-store.

Do you offer store credit?

'PayPal Pay Later' is available online and offers a set of financing options that lets customers spread the cost of a purchase instead of paying the full amount upfront. This option is for purchases on our website only.

Are gift vouchers available?

Yes. We offer Gift Cards available to purchase from £20 upwards. Our gift cards have no expiry date and can be used in-store. If you'd like to purchase a gift card please message us and we will send you a payment link. Gift cards can be collected in-store or posted out to you.

Can I collect my order from your store?

Yes in-store collections are available. Please let us know when you are due to collect your order so we can ensure it is ready for you.

We're always on the look out for local high quality products for our store. If you think you have products that fit the bill be sure to let us know and we will be happy to add you to our waitlist to sell in-store when a space becomes available.
